The Woodward Dream Cruise draws car lovers from all over to admire the loudest, fastest, and flashiest rides on the road. Getting their attention isn’t easy. So Ford gave them something they couldn’t ignore—a Mustang billboard that came to life. A real rear tire mounted on the board spun every few minutes, kicking up smoke and simulating a burnout in real time. It wasn’t just a billboard—it was Mustang attitude on full display.
